ottima posizione, direttamente sul lago ed adiacente ad una strada ricca di bar e ristoranti (e di immancabili negozi di souvenir) Camere molto ampie, luminose e ben arredate

Abbiamo preso quattro camere e purtroppo in alcune, nel bagno si percepiva un odore sgradevole e la ventola di aerazione emetteva un rumore forte e continuo

لا يوجد مصعد انتبه اذا معك كبير في السن درج الفطور جدا بسيط لازم تطلب على حسابك بيض او شكوكه مع الفطور

I really liked the location, and the staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Their friendliness and hospitality made our stay more pleasant.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the breakfast staff. We had breakfast there only twice, and on both occasions we felt that we were not treated well or served in the same way as the Turkish guests. It may have been due to a misunderstanding or difficulty communicating with us, but the difference in service was noticeable. The service was extremely slow for us. We would receive only one dish and wait almost an hour for it, while the Turkish guests were being served much faster and offered a wider variety of food. Because of this, I would not recommend relying on the hotel for breakfast or including breakfast in your booking. Also, there is no elevator, so the property may not be suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty using stairs.
