The house was spacious and the location perfect.
There were nobed sheets and towels. Flying in from Europe I was unaware that guests are expected to bring their own. I therefore would not recommend renting a house at Smith Mountain Lake if you are travelling internationally! Finding a store that sells bed linen’s required approximately an hours drive. The added costs of the towels, sheets and fuel exceeded our budget and we would have been better off staying in a hotel.

Was cozy beautiful view. Birds and deer , beds were comfortable ! Very clean! Loved the kitchen! And dining room! Lovely neighborhood!
Couldn’t use the fireplace! Said it was out of order! No railing on dock ! Very narrow dock!

Loved it! The dock, the roominess, the kitchen gadgets! All accommodating.
Loved it all! Ruth seemed super sweet and communicative with us.
