Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Charming 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home in WaterColor's Lake District! This residence features a comfortable design with shiplap walls, hardwood floors, and an open concept layout throughout, making it the perfect spot to entertain multiple families. It's just a short bike ride away from the shops and dining in WaterColor, as well as the WaterColor Beach Club and neighborhood parks and pools. It's conveniently located in the Lake District, meaning breathtaking views of Western Lake are easily accessible by kayak or paddle boards from the WaterColor Boathouse rental shop. The first level has a mudroom upon entry to store beach gear. The open kitchen and living area features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and seating for 10 at the breakfast bar and dining table. There is a guest room down the hall with a king bed and private bathroom.
Upstairs, there are 2 primary suites with king beds and private bathrooms. There are also two separate bunk rooms both with 2 twin-over-twin bunkbeds. The backyard allows for plenty of privacy with its surrounding wood views, screened-in porch, and picnic table. There is also an adjacent carriage house with a queen bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchenette. Great vacation BUT several things need repair/ replacement at Seabreeze….
Mattress in carriage house was AWFUL!!!!
Fold out couch broken/stuck, springs broken etc. There was no cold water in bath tub!!!!! Hot water only!!!!
Toaster in main house broken, sheets didn’t fit bed in one room, three of the six bicycles were not useable….chain broken, handle bar broken etc.
Also….the carriage house smelled badly of cigarette smoke!!!! We thought this was not allowed!!!!!
Disappointing at Watercolor….
