In Le Touquet-Paris-Plage
I am renting out my fully renovated house, approximately 100 m², which is ideally located in the Quentovic neighborhood between the shops and the Canche River.
The house is perfectly suited for hosting 6 people, especially families with children (baby gear provided and a child-safe staircase on the first floor).
Easy and free parking is available year-round in front of and around the house.
Ground Floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen-dining area open to the living room: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, high chair, washer-dryer, etc.
- A living room (with TV and Wi-Fi)
- A half-bath
On the 1st floor:
- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80), which can be combined into 1 double bed (160 cm)
- A spacious bathroom: bathtub/shower + single sink
- A walk-in shower + toilet
On the 2nd floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm), which can be combined into 1 bed (160 cm)
- 1 travel crib
Outdoor area:
- Small courtyard in front of the house
- Teak deck behind the house on the courtyard side with comfortable patio furniture + table for outdoor dining (6 chairs)
Surroundings:
About a 10-minute walk away
-Base Nord with its water sports center and restaurant/terrace offering a panoramic view of the Canche River
-Shops in Quentovic (bakery/Petit Casino/pharmacy/tobacco and newsstand/restaurants…)
About a 15-minute walk away:
-Le Touquet city center: its shops and market
-The beach
-The equestrian center/pony club
Minimum rental of 1 week during school breaks
Mandatory cleaning fee: 100€
Heating included
Linens not provided / available upon request for 15€/person/stay (sheets + bath towels). Please specify the number of beds to be made ready at the time of booking.

Idéalement placée entre la base nord et le centre ville, cette maison est au calme.
Terrasse très agréable. Décoration très sympa.
Cuisine bien équipée. Pas grand chose à redire
Mise à part le ménage qui a été survolé une erreur très certainement car l’on voit que c’est une maison bien tenue dans l’ensemble.
Petite remarque cependant sur le linge de maison, 15€ par personne pour des draps non repassés et seulement 2 serviette de toilettes dépareillées et pas de la première jeunesse c’est dommage.
Bilan restant plus que positif !

Maison faite pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis. Le studio est un vrai plus pour les jeunes parents. Le patio permet de belles soirées. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre ville.

Maison impeccable, propre, bien entretenue avec tout le confort.
Accueil très sympathique et communication régulière avec la propriétaire. Nous sommes ravis et allons revenir prochainement.
