About this bed and breakfast
This is a homestay, Jane and I both live here. Recently decorated, tastefully furnished room, in bright, sunny, shared flat overlooking north London. Just 4 miles / 7 kilometres from the centre, (public transport Zone 2), with excellent transport links, but in surprisingly green area, with 3 parks, 2 lakes nearby.
King-size double bed, with orthopaedic quality, firm, but comfortable mattress. Brushed cotton duvet cover & pillowcases. Egyptian cotton sheets. Power and USB sockets both sides of the bed. Separate dining room for meals & reading/relaxation in evenings and at weekends. Enjoy a morning coffee or meal in summer on a sheltered balcony garden with a view of the boating lake.
Self-service light breakfast is included in the price of your booking. Help yourself to cereal, toast, butter, jam, marmalade and juice. Plus tea or coffee every morning of your stay.
If you are flying to London please allow 2 hours to reach my place from most airports. Please arrive for check-in, by 22:00 (10pm). Please show I.D. on arrival. Your I.D. must match the name shown on your booking.

Michael was an extremely welcoming and helpful host, and the room was neat and as described. As it says in the listing, this is one room in a small flat, so if you need a lot of your own space you might not appreciate that, but I knew I would be out for most of the day so it wasnt a problem in the slightest. I'd definitely stay here again.

The 'Superior double room with view over north London' truly lives up to its name. It's an incredible place near the center of London with amazing views, and the convenience of the Piccadilly line close by can't be beaten. What made the stay exceptional was the host, Mike, who was incredibly kind. Highly recommend!
