Everything you need in a small space at fair price for the snow. Small kitchen allows for meals prep and can move table to sit and enjoy. Lovely management team to welcome and support stay. Thanks to Megan! Dad with 2 teenagers for 3 nights. It’s all (cost) relative at the snow and if it’s good conditions you will be out everyday and enjoy this place as a base.

Take it slow on the stair case between bedroom and living area.

Had to clean the whole unit before leaving. throw the trash out / clean the house to ve in the condition it was given .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and had a decent amount of utilities. The drying room was set up well and very warm.

It is quite a distance from the road and having paid the resort entry we thought we would be able to drive to the door of our accommodation. This isn’t possible with a lot of accommodation, which we now realize. We had to pay for the luggage transfer to the room and back. It was 250m with a section of this being a steep hill down to the room. We have two small children so this was not easy. There was no tea or coffee provided which we did not realise until we were settled in for our first night. The dishes were quite dirty which we brought to Terry’s attention and he advised after our check out that he had washed all the dishes in the room. I believe this is due to patrons having to clean the room themselves prior to checkout. This is ok for guests like ourselves who cleaned thoroughly, however how can everyone be trusted to do this. I took our own crockery and cutlery for our children as I was prepared that it wouldn’t be clean. The heating in the lower room/bedroom was also not sufficient and I hung a sheet at the entry to prevent the cold air coming in and warm air escaping. The stairs to this room are also very steep and were a worry with our 3 year old. This would be a great room for a couple or older family but maybe avoid with young children.
