The apartment was specious, tidy and very nice. Location is also fantastic, just near to the beach. Furniture was new, beds were comfortable.

It’s great, the place is really close to the sea, the apartment is beautiful.

There is only one air conditioner for two rooms. The door to other room has to be open to have same temperature in the whole apartment. It can be ok when you stay there as a one family, but can be an issue if you need some privacy

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a clean and most importantly quiet location. The owner is welcoming and when I needed help he was very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need.

Exceptional

The room is spacious, very clean, very close to the beach (1 min walking) and almoust in the centre of Nea Skioni (which is small place). There is a balcony where you can stay at one side of the appartmem, but we could also use the front porch which is quite spacious also. The owners are very nice, asking and providing everything we needed. They have their big yard where their kids play and they also allowed us to use that space and use their toys, which was very good for our 2 year old kid.

Ένα πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο που προσφέρεται για μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το μοναδικό, ίσως, δυσάρεστο ήταν η μάλλον καθυστερημένη πληροφόρηση από τον ιδιοκτήτη ότι το check-out λόγω covid ήταν μέχρι τις 11.00 πμ, παρόλο που στην κράτηση αναγραφόταν 10.00-14.00 χωρίς συγκεκριμένη ώρα. Κατόπιν συνεννόησης με τον ιδιοκτήτη, εμείς αποχωρήσαμε στις 12.00, όπως υπολογίζαμε αρχικά.
