La ubicación y decoracion
El tema de la calefacción no era.muh práctico porque estaba a una temperatura fija siempre (adecuada) pero no se podía bajar si salíamos del apartamento o si hacía mucho calor

La ubicación es perfecta, tiene garaje y también es fácil aparcar al lado en la calle. La entrada fue rápida, mediante un cajetín en la entrada. El tamaño está bien para un grupo de 4/6 personas y está bien equipado.
Estaba un poco sucio. La terraza no la llegamos a usar porque se veía que llevaban bastante tiempo sin limpiarla. Las camas tampoco eran muy cómodas, aunque para un para un par de días suficiente.

Ubicación y garaje cerrado
En ciertos elementos fallaba la limpieza: las toallas tenían olor, la lavadora estaba llena de pelos, una butaca blanca estaba muy sucia.

1. location - quiet part of the village as far as possible from the main road, few steps away from the trailheads, bakery + pub less than a minute walk away
2. more spatious than a hotel room, enough storage space
3. fully furnished kitchen + washing machine
4. parking space in underground garage as well as outside the building
5. clean
6. communication with owner easy via WhatsApp (he writes decent English)
two significant negatives from our point of view:
1. the hot water tank had a capacity of 50L only. This was just about enough for two quick showers. If you like a soothing soak after a whole day walking - that’s not going to happen.
2. no internet. The choices included data roaming (not the most economical option with a new zealand sim-card) or catching a free wifi outside the local library (in rain!)
