It was not specified anywhere at the time of booking that the kitchen/bathroom was in a separate unit from the bedroom. You have to walk into a public corridor to get from one to the other.

there wasn’t connection with land lady, dirty dishes (rest of dish soap). if you have big and heavy bag, rise it up will quite difficult because of steep spiral stairs.

Good value for money, but also some easy improvements.

The wifi was great, you could watch TV (with Netflix and Amazon prime) from the couch or from the bed; great location; the curtains shut out all the bright street lights; spacious for one person (even for a couple); clear information in advance (except for check-in procedure).

Although I enjoyed my stay very much, there are a few things that are good to know for future bookers: - I found the check-in procedure to be odd, though I generally like self-check-ins. I was supposed to get my check-in code between 3pm and 4pm, but at 4:10 (standing in front of the property) I still hadn't received it and I had to reach out myself to be let in. - When I arrived to the property, the front door (to the building, not to all the rooms) had a lock on it, but it was unlocked and everyone was able to come in. - The room is well isolated, so you don't hear the seagulls outside, but the building itself is terribly noisy: my upstairs neighbour woke me everyday at 6am, simply by getting up, even though I could tell he was trying to be quiet. I heard my downstairs neighbours talking and snoring. - The booking consists of two seperate rooms (one bedroom with couch and tv / one kitchen with bathroom), both connecting to the hallway with their own key. This means that if you have to get up at night to pee, you have to unlock two doors, pee, and then lock two doors again. However, it was great for working in one room (as I had to) and relaxing in the other room. A few details that could be changed that would significantly improve the stay: - Fix the noise of the front door - if you (or a different guest) opens it more then 25cm, it makes a horrible and loud noise - Add a water kettle to the inventory; I had to cook water for tea manually in a pot and it is more work, less safe and cost more energy - Clean some parts that aren't cleaned that often, like the cooking hood. It is terribly dirty, with flakes of fat and dust hanging from it. - The oven seems to be broken, as it makes a rattling noise. However the microwave and grill function seem to work fine. Those are easy improvements to make, so I hope you will use this feedback to improve the stay.

disappointed despite great location.

felt cold on arrival. no extra blankets so we went to buy one. harder than you think to live with kitchen and bathroom in another area with a locked door. security a concern as the guests upstairs left front door unlocked. can hear noise from upstairs (even talking). some cutlery/ crockery was dirty and dishwasher wasn’t unloaded from previous guests.

i would not have stayed in an apartment split in this manner had i known before booking.

the bedroom had a separate front door to the kitchen and bathroom. whilst close it still meant they were not in the same private space but crossed a small but public staircase. This was not apparent in the booking but was advised once the booking was made and due to the time constraint - too late to cancel and make alternative arrangements. was glad it was on e night only

. Location is top (near ocean, near gare, in centre shop around) . Apartement was very clean and enough spaccious . Bed is confortable and make no sounds . There are 2 towels, big microwave, plates, cups and other amneties.. . Receptive owner Over we liked the place

Très décevant, spartiate et peu sécuritaire

L’appartement est extrêmement bien situé dans Fecamp. Parking gratuit à proximité.

Nous avions l’appartement du premier étage. La salle principale est séparée de la cuisine et de la douche par le pallier de l immeuble. Ce n était pas mentionné par l’annonce ! De plus, le code d accès à l’appartement ne change jamais comme nous l’a confirmé le locataire du 3eme venant régulièrement pour des chantiers. Ajoutez à cela qu ‘à notre arrivée nous avons attendu avec un autre locataire 15 min dehors sous la pluie car la porte de l immeuble était bloquée, le numéro d’urgence sonnant dans le vide. Une autre locataire de l’immeuble a dû venir nous ouvrir de l intérieur. La porte de l immeuble est restée ouverte tout le week end…

manque d'hygiène: serviette de toilette pas très fraiche; la cafetière Senseo qui fuit. Manque d'un minimum pour accueillir une personne qui arrive tard le soir

le fait qu'il faille traverser le palier, pour aller dans la cuisine et les sanitaires, du coup, quand vous allez au wc, il ne faut surtout oublier le code de la porte ! sinon vous dormirez dans la cuisine. je n'ai pas trouvé de dose de café. On entend ce qui se passe dans l'appartement du dessus.

Très agréable séjour

Malgré l'emplacement en centre ville , très calme. L'appartement bien équipé. Pas besoin de la voiture pour aller à la plage environ 10 mn à pied , environ du 2 h pour aller à Yport à pied par le GR21, joli village de bord de mer , je recommande pour manger " Le petit St Pierre ", le personnel très agréable sans oublier les fameuses falaises d'Etretat .

D’un côté la chambre et de l’autre côté cuisine et toilettes de l’autre côté du palier obligé de fermer les portes.. Entre notre chambre et la cuisine un autre appartement pas du tout confortable.. Les vas et viens des autres locataires pas agréable.. beaucoup de bruit car logement au dessus... et à côté à la fois... Il faudrait faire plus de photos pour bien expliquer le logement

Rien . Photos trompeuses. Mauvaises odeurs dès notre arrivée. . Il faut traverser le palier pour aller à la salle de bain et cuisine. Pas signalé dans le descriptif. Très bruyant, mal insonorisé. On entend les voisins marcher et parler. Corridors sales. Tuyauterie apparente dans la cuisine et la douche.

L’emplacement du logement est très bien. C’était propre et bien équipé.

Le seul petit bémol est le fait d’avoir à traverser le palier pour aller la cuisine/salle de bain.

l'emplacement correspondait à notre attente : proche gare et centre ville

Concerne l'appartement n°1 : la chambre est séparée de la cuisine et des WC-SdB par le palier ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce, pas de lavabo mais un lave-main, l'équipement de cuisine est réduit au stricte minimum, les poêles et les casseroles en téfal complétement rayées n'étaient pas utilisables (bonjour les PFAS) nous l'avons signalé à l'arrivée => aucune réaction

l'emplacement en centre ville

l'appartement est divisé en 2, chambre d'un côté et salle de bain cuisine de l'autre et pour aller de l'un à l'autre il faut passer par l'escalier commun à tous 😱 Et SURTOUT Ce nest pas precisé dans le descriptif car sinon nous n'aurions pas reservé. La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble ne fermait pas donc insécurité surtout la nuit Drap housse dechiré et la rénovation de l'appartement est très moyenne

Le fait que la cuisine et les sanitaires soient sur le pallier est un inconvénient. La communication du loueur est très directive et peu humanisée. j'attends toujours qu'on réponde à ma demande d'accéder au logement plus tôt, par contre, j'ai bien reçu le message à 8h me demandant de prévenir si je désoccupais le logement plus tôt que prévu.

Entri in camera e senti profumo di pulito. La camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole.

Nella doccia non si riusciva ad appendere il doccino. Altra cosa non avevo capito che la camera fosse separata da bagno e cucina: una comunicazione più chiara avrebbe aiutato ma nel complesso tutto ok.
