Ottima posizione. C’è possibilità di parcheggiare vicino senza tanti problemi. L’appartamento è ampio e le camere accoglienti. Il bagno un po’ meno purtroppo manca un box doccia (nelle foto delle struttura è stata omessa la foto completa del bagno forse appunto per nascondere il fatto che non c’è un box doccia). Comunque non è un gran problema dato che il pavimento si asciuga velocemente. La terrazza è davvero un plus, perfetta per fare colazione la mattina con una bella vista.

La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare. Il cassettone dove c’è la pattumiera era sporco. Nel frigo era rimasta una marmellata ammuffita che non era stata buttata. In bagno non c’è il sapone e quando l’ho fatto presente al proprietario mi è stato detto che non lo mettono per questioni di igiene; ma davvero? Assurdità, il sapone deve esserci sempre sia in bagno che in cucina. Al nostro arrivo il water era sporco di pipì secca come se qualcuno lo avesse usato e non fosse mai stato pulito. Nella camera matrimoniale la tapparella è rotta e la luce potrebbe svegliarti presto se sei sensibile. L’appartamento ha un grande potenziale ma purtroppo ci sono alcuni dettagli che sono stati curati.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Balkon an der Zufahrtsstraße ins Zentrum. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen (Supermarkt, Strand, Hafen..). Auch bei Regen hat man durch die großen Terrassentüren etwas das Gefühl von „draußen sitzen“. Für 2 Personen oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung perfekt. Für 4 Erwachsene finde ich sie etwas zu klein. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir durften früher einchecken aufgrund schlechter Wetterverhältnisse. Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das kleine Zimmer war schwierig zu lüften, weil das Fenster in den geschlossenen Innenhof geht.

There was building work that we didnt know about in the property beside. It got a bit noisy from time to time. It would have been nice for the host to let us know that this was happening.
