Beautiful room, had everything we needed, parking was easy and straightforward. Nice staff overall fantastic.
Pool was closed for a few days, and also the bar closed early . Indoor pool had the air on so when the kids got out they were cold .

The location and the room was nice.
the sofa bed was terrible. I asked for mattress topper or something but was told no. There were no linens for the sofa bed so we used personal blanket and pillow first night and had them bring some next day, which they were very pleasant and apologetic. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper available and 1 roll of paper towels for 7 people and 6 day stay. I didnt realize that no one wouldnt be coming to clean or replenish these things.
