C'era una volta

The location, the quiet, the view, the people. We genuinely felt exceptionally welcomed and attentively cared for. Marcello, his son, Riccardo, who handles the organizing, the booking, along with Marcello's other son/Riccardo's younger brother, Leonardo, and, too, the wider family, were all terrific. We were like 'quick friends'. Capoliveri was an excellent choice of where to stay on the island. We were near both the old, hilltop center of Capoliveri and, too, the attractive coastal harbor town of Azzuro. Elba and specifically, Capoliveri, was a really fine place to have discovered. We were smart to have made the decision to visit Elba and were very, very fortunate to have booked -- at the very last minute... indeed not finding and booking it until our first day there! -- at C'era una volta!

That would be pretty hard to come up with. We really had no complaints.

Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits. Die Straßen zur Unterkunft sind sehr eng. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt der fußläufig erreichbar ist. Ein Strand ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.
