You are looking for a place in Kingston city that is central, and affordable but is not a rundown dump. You want a quiet neighborhood, with at least 2 Supermarkets, Pricemart, IslandGrill, KFC, and the restaurants at the MarketPlace a stone's throw away. An apartment complex with no more than 10 units, so that you can have your privacy. The unit must be on the ground floor because you don't want to bother climbing stairs. The bedroom must have comfortable with a Kingsize bed because you are royalty. The kitchen must be spacious and have all the appliances and utensils, you want to prepare some meals for yourself - still have to watch the budget. You need the WIFI to be superfast, after all, you have a lot of pics and videos to share on your social media. Also your Netflix and Prime are essential. You might smoke so you need an outdoor gazebo to go light up and feel the carpet grass between your toes. You also want a host that is responsive and treats this as a business, with a team of professional cleaners, a maintenance crew, and laundry facilities to ensure the place is always in tip-top form. The Host must also be friendly and accommodating and can offer early check-in or late checkout. These and much more are what I offer you here at this unique one-bedroom apartment with a full-size kitchen and living room. This is my most special unit because it was designed and built with you in mind. Whether you are here for vacation, a wedding, or a funeral this place will make your stay memorable.

On arrival to Jamaica the place wasn’t ready and left me to find another place for the night. The next day everything was sorted out and I was pleased with the area and the way the accommodation was set up. Quiet, near by shopping areas and great community.

We were told check in was at 3pm. Got there at 3.20 had to wait on the street for over an hour because there are no.security at the gate to let you in.
The toilet wasnt flashing. In the unit there are two cups, two glass, two plates, two smaller plates, three fork, three spoons, three knives. So dont think about having any guess over.
For towels one face cloth, one hand towel and 2 bath towels. No sheets except the fitted and flat sheet that are on the bed. For nine days. None for the sofa bed which is broken. There tell you not to wash their sheets and towels in the machine.
I was told by robert if we need new sheets and towels to call them. They dont live there so this can take a full day waiting for someone. You have to wait become there are no other keys for them to come in.
I ensured there was a sofa bed become my friend likes her own space. Frist notices there were no sheet. Tried pulling the sofa bed out. It has been rotted and droken for years now. It cant be fixed it needs replacing.
The bath tub drains very slow. You are standing in water when you are taking a shower. The handles of the dresser broken. The list is way too long of all the things that are need to make.the guess comfort.
Real sad experience.
