We’ve paid special attention to ensuring the air conditioning works properly—in all the bedrooms, of course, and in the living room. Furthermore, by using the blackout curtains in combination with the air conditioning, you can be sure to enjoy a pleasantly cool apartment during the hot summers in Cannes.

The bathroom and guest restroom are designed for maximum comfort, notably featuring small showers next to each toilet.

We’ve thought of that, too. Our layout is flexible enough to accommodate both scenarios. We designed it so that, when used as an office or meeting room, the flat-screen TV can serve as a projection screen for a PC—and even our magnificent chandelier, which adorns the living room, is suspended with such precision that it won’t obstruct the projection.
