New private apartment on the 1st floor of a house in a property, 150 m from the beach.
Spacious rooms, rare, close to the sea, a magnificent terrace of more than 40 m² (500 sq ft) with a beach umbrella, a barbecue and deckchairs, ideal for your summer evenings, taking advantage of the sunset.
The flat of 85m² (900 sq ft) is ideal for a group of 6 people (3 bedrooms) or 2 families.
A large and pleasant living room with a modern open kitchen. Very bright and spacious flat.
Two double bedrooms, including one with a private bathroom, and one children’s room with 2 bunk beds.
Secure parking for two cars within the garden and room in the garden to store sailing equipment (windsurf...) if needed.
The building has two levels : on the first floor, this independent accomodation and on the ground floor, a house which is not rented and kept for us. The two accomodations only have the parking in common.

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement spacieux avec sa terrasse.
L'emplacement est au top à quelques pas de la plage et au calme.
Les hôtes sont sympathiques, discrets et à l'écoute.
