Excellent location with excellent view. Yummy breakfast and very clean property with very awesome staff. Nana was awesome to help for anything asked of her.

The location overlooks the old walls and the Alazani Valley (unless obscured by clouds). The room was fine. The bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast was OK.
In good weather, breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace with views. A refrigerator is available to guests in the kitchen area.
Bit far from the center of Sighnaghi (but still it's a walking distance). Limited parking spaces.

We liked the nice balcony view, friendly staff, and TV in the room.
The property was a 15 minute walk from town and the facilities were rather plain.
