Perfect apartment

The apartment was just perfect. Very clean and big. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconys. Everything new. Location ist perfect. In the Center of Leptokarya. Host was so friendly and Kind. We will definitily book this apartment again. Like i sad, just perfect.

Exceptional

Hosts were very very kind! There were two bathrooms. Big table inside and outside where we could sit together all the 6 person. Fridge was big enough.

There was no microvawe oven. Which would be important during a longer stay. We put everything into the fridge what remained from a dinner but it was a real challenge to warm them again. We also missed the washing machine.

Superb

Great location, very quiet at night, 20min walk to the city beach. Our apartment was big, it had everything you need. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would recommend visiting Giotis, you would not be disappointed.

We were on the last floor and our apartment was very warm. It had air-conditioning but when you turn it off after 5min its very warm again. But everything else was excellent.

Excellent accomodation

The apartment is in excelent condition, spacious with 2 full bathrooms, front terrace and a back yard, with all necessary facilities. The hosts, Maria and Stathis are amazing, friendly and very prompt in answering questions or providing useful tips on what to visit nearby. 10 minutes from the beach, but I knew that when I booked it.

Apartman je bio vrlo prostran, cist i dobro opremljen sa svim sto je potrebno, cak je ukljucivao i fen, peglu, i sef sto je dodatni bonus. Vlasnici su vrlo ljubazni, posebno gospodja Maria koja je bila izuzetno brizna i predusretljiva. Zaista smo izuzetno zadovoljni nasim boravkom i ako i sledece godine budemo letovali u Leptokariji opet cemo rado biti u Giotis apartmanima.

Апартаментът е страхотен. Вероятно бивш магазин на партера, преустроени на апартамент. Високи тавани, нови климатици Дайкин във всяко помещение, чисто и много приятно направено. Има кафе машина, фурничка и котлони. Wi-fi и Смарт телевизор (не че го ползвахме). Има веранда отпред и заден двор. Много ми хареса как е направено и поддържано. Намира се в идеалния център на града. Едната търговска улица е в съседство. Заведенията са по крайбрежната улица, която на десетина минути пеша. Мястото за настаняване е без забележка. Апартаментът и услугата нямаха грешка. Нямат паркинг, но спокойно се паркира на улицата, на около 10-15 метра от апартамента. За града: Плажът на Лептокария е камънак, едри и дребни камъни. На 5 метра от брега вече е дълбоко. Ходихме в съседни места на плаж. Олимпиаки Акти, спряган за супер мега върха напомня на Харманите на Созопол. Едър миден пясък и мътна вода.

Tot. Curățenia exemplara, spațiu, funcționalitate si faptul ca locația este renovata cu bun gust. Gazda Maria este foarte amabila si angajata Mariana mereu la datorie! Apartamentul este spațios si bine dotat, grupurile sanitare sunt spațioase,practice, renovate si perfect functionale. 4 paturi la dispoziție in 2 camere si un living spațios. Se poate dormi cu aerul condiționat pentru ca este situat in living si ajuta si dormitoarele fără sa deranjeze. Saltelele sunt super ortopedice. Eu am dormit bine pe ele. E adevărat ca se aude clopotul de la biserica vecina dar eu l-am folosit ca reper si deșteptător. Cei care se duc de dimineață la plaja, nu-l vor auzi! Zona este liniștită dar așezată in centrul stațiunii, aproape de aria cu terase dar fără zgomotul aferent. Noaptea se poate dormi fără probleme de zgomot, cauzate in alte locuri unde am fost, de trafic sau taverne. Plaja stațiunii este la 5-10 minute de mers. Intrarea in apa este totuși brusca si asa e pe toate plajele de pe o distanta de 10km in sus sau in jos. Alegeți ce va place. Pentru copiii de grădiniță nu recomand. Atenție! Prosoapele si așternuturile se schimba la cerere! Eu nu am simțit nevoia dar pentru cine are nevoie, scriu asta ...e scris si pe o placheta din apartament. Exista si seif. Este închis. Daca doriți sa îl folosiți trebuie sa cereți parola de la el. Parcarea in stațiune se poate face oriunde nu blochează vreo întrare si unde nu este zona pietonala chiar daca semnele de interzicere sunt prezente. Nu va faceti griji! Nu se poate parca in fata proprietății sau pe strada pe care este situata. Strada are 100m. Eu am găsit mereu parcare in apropierea capetelor străzii.

E greu sa parchezi pe strada cu sens unic unde este proprietatea din cauza unor gardulete puse de primăria locala.

Apartament foarte frumos , camere mari , 2 băi mari, curat, lenjerii și prosoape curate. Situat pe o stradă liniștită, dar foarte aproape de strada cu magazine și terase. Loc de parcare se găsește în apropiere.
