Casa Tilia

Die Begrüßung und die Betreuung vor Ort von Ivana war super. Die Beschreibung des Hauses möchten wir erweitern. Das Haus besteht aus 2 einzelnen Wohnungen. Im Erdgeschoss mit Küche inkl, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sowie Badezimmer und Raum mit Trockner. Die obere Wohnung hatte 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Wohnzimmer. Ein Raum mit Hauswirtschaftlichen Geräten, die Waschmaschine befand sich in einem Badezimmer. Die obere Wohnung hatte direkten Zugang zum Pool mit Aussenküche. Vom Erdgeschoss aus kam man am Haus entlang zum Poolbereich. Für uns war die Aufteilung perfekt, da wir die EG Wohnung nutzten und unsere Teenies die obere Wohnung. unser Auto konnte in einem umzäunten Bereich geparkt werden.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, es war alles vorhanden.

We spent our summer vacation here with 6 people and 2 dogs and we loved it! The host Ivana is very friendly, attentive and quick to respond in case of questions. The house itself suits itself perfectly for 6 people. It is clear that they renovated this place with an eye for comfort, detail and quality. All facilities are present, no need to bring beach towels, normal towels or bed linnen! They also provide bikes to make a trip. A ping pong table is also available. Every bedroom and living room has a smart tv with Netflix and Prime TV build into it. They provide everything to make your stay at Casa Tilia a wonderful vacation! The outside kitchen and terrace is also amazing for eating together and grilling. The garden is great for kids or dogs to play. The pool is also amazing and very clean. The sunbeds by the pool are great and have cushions! For some reason a lot of summer houses have sunbeds without cushions, but Casa Tilia has them! We came with a 9 seater Renault Trafic and it fitted perfectly on the parking area which you can close. The location of Casa Tilia is also very central, which allows you to reach Rijeka and Opatija within 20 minutes. You can also easily visit Istria or the island of Krk and many other places. We definitely recommend Casa Tilia!

The house was very nice, very modern and very clean! In addition, all equipment was new and the pool was excellent. Lipa village is a very quiet and cozy place, perfect for relaxing with beautiful nature around it. The hosts were very friendly and courteous and the handover of keys and communication always worked perfectly. It was our first time in Croatia; therefore the hosts gave us detailed advice on what to do in the region and which beaches are recommended. We were very satisfied with this holiday and will be happy to come back. Thank you for the beautiful 9 days to the hosts!

Everything was great - we only had bad weather for two days, which we could either spend in the well-equipped house or with suitable excursions :-)
