Nice place to stay if you don't mind driving everywhere.

Pool is clean and close by. We only used the big pool down the road once, it didn't have shade and was a bit unkempt. Good facilities in the house and smartly decorated. Bakery and supermarket very close.

The only real downside is that the property is very out of the way, we were lead to believe it was within walking distance to the beach, but it wasn't. No real restaurants or bars nearby, had to drive everywhere.

Nice and cozy

The location is good. The property has everything you need. There is a bakery and a supermarket few minutes away. The pool is great. It is safe. There are lovely beaches nearby accessible by car. Few bigger towns nearby with lots of good restaurants.

Good

We liked the terrace, and the house overall was in a good state. There is a forest close to the house and a great bakery and fresh food supermarket. 3 km walking through the forest and you get to the beach.

It was not easy to get a key. We didn't get any instruction beforehand. The grass is artificial. There are 3 apartments in one house and the sound isolation is not perfect. Also everything is behind the fence.

Sauberkeit war ok,jedoch die Ecken sollten nicht vergessen werden Ein Staubsauger wäre super,gerade wenn man mit Hund anreist.

Unschönes Toilettendisaster

Gut gelegen ist es ein nettes Apartment. Bäcker und Einkaufsladen direkt an der Straße vorne. Bequeme Betten.

Als wir ankamen standen wir erstmal vor verschlossenem Tor der Wohnanlage. Ein Nachbar der zufällig raus kam hat uns die Zugangsdaten gegeben. Und nach ein bisschen telefonieren und schreiben haben wir dann auch den PIN für den Schlüsselkasten bekommen. Die Mail die uns das vorher alles mitteilen sollte kam nie an. Ist dumm gelaufen, aber kann passieren. Was nicht passieren darf, ist das ich die Toilette vor Benutzung reinigen muss, da die Sch... vom Vorgänger .... und nein nicht IN der Toilette! hängt. Zum Glück hat das Apartment noch eine zweite Toilette unten, die wir dann ausschließlich genutzt haben. Gegenteiligerweise war es sonst sauber nicht ecklig oder so. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Noch dazu war eine tote Maus im Pool, Reinigung fand nach drei Tagen statt. Moskitonetze wären auch ein riesen Vorteil, aber bekannt für die Gegend.

Super moment en famille.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’établissement malgré le fait que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée comme nous avions pu le lire en parcourant les commentaires. Nous gardons quand même de très bons souvenirs. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit bémol pour la salle bain Villa N•3 qui possède une fenêtre dans la douche donnant chez le voisinage et qui n’est pas floutée ni dotée d’un rideau et/ou volet.

Prima verblijf met een paar minpuntjes.

Erg mooie ruime villa. Goede bedden. Heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ligbedden op kunstgras. Bakker en kleine supermarkt op 3 minuten lopen. De host hebben we niet gezien, waardoor we geen borg hoefden te betalen en lekker vroeg weg konden toen we vertrokken.

De kookplaat werkte niet goed. Water kreeg je niet aan de kook. Eén slaapkamer rook muf, alsof er een hond in geslapen had. Verder zijn er vrij veel muggen, insmeren met deet hielp amper. Op de foto’s staan er ligbedden in de tuin maar die stonden bij het zwembad. De tuin is verder erg omsloten waardoor het iets claustrofobisch aanvoelde.

Prima huisje op een compound, met de auto naar strand of dorpje

Locatie prima, uit het centrum en op een compound. Klein zwembadje die je deelt met de andere 2 huisjes & een groot zwembad op het compound.

Helaas hadden we aan beide kanten tieners die met harde muziek onze avond verstoorde…

Sehr zu empfehlen

Selten haben wir eine so schöne, saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in Frankreich besucht. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Das Reihenhaus mit drei Eingängen ist sauber und gepflegt. Der dazugehörende Gemeinschaftspool war genauso sauber und gepflegt. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich auch selbst verpflegen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisch, Frans vakantie gevoel en heerlijk zwembad

Perfect zwembad, wat je bijna continu voor je eigen hebt! De ligging is heel fijn met het bakkertje en supermarkt op loop afstand. Het huisje is verder perfect en ook wel gezellig ingericht! Airco’s doen het goed en het huisje is ook ideaal met een baby of kleine kindjes met afstand van de babyphone en het zwembad!

Eigenlijk was alles wel goed! Enige nadeel was geen grote afval emmer, alleen kleintjes en we hadden toch best veel afval met een gezinnetje om, maar dat was verder geen mega probleem

Super Aufenthalt an der Cote d'Azur

Wir hatten eine Woche einen Traumurlaub. Abgesehen von den schweren Überschwemmungen die zuvor in der Region waren, war der Pool nicht nutzbar. Das Haus war sauber, perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, eine sichere Wohnanlage, in 2 Min. zum Supermarkt und Bäcker. Unkomplizierter und informativer Check in per WhatsApp. Herzlichen Dank an Prescillia. Internet ist perfekt und konstant gelaufen ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Unsere Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Handtücher mitbringen! Super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in alle Großstädte. Sehr zu empfehlen!
