modern apartment in a quiet little town off the coast

very clean and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Helpful staff will await you there to finalise a contract of the stay, to hand over the keys, to show you around in the apartment and explain the various devices (e.g. dish washer, washing machine ...) as well as to arrange the modalities of your departure. The location in a quiet little town is ideal to both explore the scenic villages in the mountaineous hinterland (Dolceacqua, Pigna ...) and to be close enough to the coast with its highlights (Bordighera, San Remo, Hanbury Botanical gardens ...) to be reached within a 30 to 45 minutes drive by car.

Superb

Check in an check out were really uncomplicated. Mirco and Graziella were so nice and helpfull. We visited with 2 little Kids and getting an additional high chair and crib was no problem at all. We had a wonderfull stay and felt right at home.

Exceptional

Amazing place, amazing views, amazing atmosphere. The owners were extremelly helpfull, on the arrival time we have received all information for pleasant stay in the appartments and to explore the area. The appartments very close to cosy village suitable for relaxing dinner in local restaurant. It was very usefull to have your own parking place in the underground garage. What has shocked us, was extream cleanless of apartments comparible to the one you can find in the surgery. Well done and thank you !!!

best place we ever been to in this region of Italy. We can really recommend.

We used to spent vacation in Liguria since many years but never found an apartment with such a good standard and comfort like this one. Graziella and Mirco have been very helpful and friendly really taking good care of us. there was nothing that we missed, rooms are big enough and kitchen offers everything you need. Place is really quiet and good location to visit Nice/Monaco from there but still enjoy Italien lifestyle.

the only problem we faced was some mosquitos in the ending/night. Maybe better to invest into some kind of net/fly screen in front of the windows/door.

Brilliant new apartment in central Vallebona - perfect if it had better ventilation

Our hosts were lovely. Very efficient, friendly & accessible. The modern apartment was just 2 minutes walk from the centre of Vallebona along a private code-locked footpath. Underneath was a remote key operated parking & garage area where we were able to park our car in its own garage. Trolleys and a lift made shifting the luggage a doddle indeed the layout is wheelchair friendly and well thought out. Private garden was pretty and had views over the Valley & sea beyond. Apartment was well equipped and in good quality too. Everything worked and was squeaky clean

If I was being picky (given the apartment is quite pricey), a few issues might warrant attention, as described. We were told that the building is eco friendly? Great, but despite the sliding doors to the garden, the patio seemed to be a 'heat sink' which amplified the external temperature, night & day. More particularly, the lack of any mechanical ventilation meant the rooms became hot & stuffy. At our request, an oscillating fan was provided very promptly, but was most effective when all doors & ensuite windows were wide open, and that meant being eaten alive by midges! Always, the apartment seemed more hot & humid than the town or countryside. The sofa bed was easy to convert and the most comfortable of its sort I have experienced. But, excellent quality or not, the apartment was effectively a great 'bedsit' and having to set up the bed every night was inconvenient and slightly limiting when friends called around. We had a really good time thanks to our hosts - sort out that ventilation and the midges may go hungry!

Great stay in lovely Vallebona

The accommodation is very new and is equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. The kitchen has everything you need in order to cook yourself or to have great breakfast. The apartment has a little garden with fresh herbs. The terrace faces the sun until the afternoon and the view is spectacular. The village of Vallebona is beautiful and full of little narrow streets with 2-3 great restaurants. Graciella and Mirco are great hosts and offer their assistance whenever you need them. We were traveling with our 4 month old son and the apartment was perfect for that purpose.

Had a great time in a very beautiful flat

All very professional und very friendly. The flat is very well designed with lots of arty stuff :-) but also very well equipped with things to cook etc. We suggested a mirror at the exit of the underground garage because it is otherwise rather difficult to see if another car is coming and the landlord had one up the next day - wow. All in all a great stay.
