Didn’t spend the night, was canceled on.

The host did not communicate well and neither of their listed numbers reach either of the host. They notified me of a double booking and that there were others checking in, but they haven’t started the refund process. I can only hope they do.

It was good but the place needed TLC in the kitchen .

The proximity to the Main street for food and supplies. The aircon in the room. The beautiful pictures on the wall . The blinds that can easily be brought up or down .The windows in the general area.The couch was nice to sit on .

You should invest in a set of matching plates,bowls,mugs like Corelle. The ones you have make me feel like you got it from a thrift store . There was no kettle . The pots and pans could do better as well . There was no fan in the living room . It would be nice to have an awning outside the garage so it won't be so hot every time you get into the car to go somewhere .The area under the sink needs better cleaning . There were ants in the kitchen that keeps coming back that we had to deal with .

The Cottage is spacious.

The Cottage was generally clean with the exception of the bathtub/shower. The cottage could use some refresh and a deep clean. I appreciated the laundry and the trash bags and dishwasher tabs and that the kitchen was generally well stocked. The noise from the passing traffic is noticeable but not overwhelming. The hot water heater stopped working and was fixed the next day!

Right on the road. There should be an advisory that when the weather is very hot the house is also hot. Having two fans and a small A/C is insufficient in high temperatures

Rustic but comfortable place for a group

The place grows on you. It seemed a little old/rustic at first, but it is very comfortable with a large living room and nice beds. It has 3 good-sized bedrooms that can easily sleep 6. There is only 1 bathroom but everything in it worked well and was clean. The WiFi works great and we had no trouble working remotely from here. The location in Groveland is very convenient with a coffee shop right next door and a Tesla supercharger right across the street (for other EV owners out there). Overall very happy with the stay here.

It is a bit of a drive to Yosemite Valley (~an hour without traffic) and you can find places that are a lot closer if that’s what’s most important to you.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house as much as we enjoyed our trip to Yosemite.

We liked the decor, aesthetics, and the cozy atmosphere of the house. We liked the little history provided in the information binder and all the photographs, and artifacts. The daffodils in the back just added a nice touch. Ms. Tricia quickly resolved the confusion with our reservation and prepared the house for our arrival. Thank you.

Not all electric outlets were working. The drive way is uneven and seems like it was not kept for a while. Also, it would be great if the back gate can be locked from the inside.

Perfect home away from home!

Very cozy, cute and comfortable. Very well supplied with bathroom supplies and towels as well as kitchen pans and utensils. Nice collections of movies on hand. Close to restaurants. A short drive into Yosemite.

Little traffic noise but didn't bother any of us.
