Close to everything, highly walkable. Fenced in yard was wonderful. Kitchen very well equipped and enough space to comfortably cook. Closets were great.
Nothing to do with property but right now major road construction half block down is a bit of a headache.

Absolutely loved how accessible the location was, how it was fully stocked with what we needed, was clean, and the energy felt great.
For the price, I feel the cleaning service can do the trash take-out and do the towels for laundry. Being requested to do it is fine, but I'd expect a lower price for cleaning service

Very nice! It is a sort of "funky/industrial" place that was well equipped. Its location was super-convenient for getting to the beach, the restaurants and bars (all very walkable), and the connecting bridge to the mainland.
A second bathroom would have been great. More comfortable seating arrangements in the dining area.
