The greatest part is the view, of course. Just check my photos. The location is great, a bit outside the center of Tam Dao, where there are lots of construction sites. Therefore, Homestay 90s is quieter and chill. It has a very nice restaurant at the bottom. There is a small shop where you can buy water and snacks right across the street. However, their restaurant also sells water and beer. There are a few cafes with different nice views nearby, if you don't want to have your coffee on your balcony, which is also great though. The shower is powerful and the bathroom and room are clean. They offer clean towels. There's air-con, too.

An elevator! Haha, depending on which room you book, you may have to walk up many steps. You may want to check which level you're on before booking. I wish there was a small fridge in the room, however, you can buy ice for very cheap and borrow a plastic box or bucket or some sort of container from the restaurant to keep some water/beer/etc cold.
