About this house rental

This lovely Brand NEW home is located in Chateau Cove on Beautiful TableRock Lake! Completed in June 2020 We are located on Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake resort.

With a total of 7 bedrooms, we have 6 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 bunk beds for the kids to enjoy!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Sleeping for 20 with 2 sleeper sofas! Flat screen smart TV in each bedroom. Wifi.

An Inviting space with Fully stocked Kitchen with double ovens for larger meals. 2 Full size refrigerators, and electric Fireplace in a very open floor plan. There is a wet bar with microwave and full sized fridge in the lower level for late night popcorn or pizza craving!
There are 2 large decks to enjoy the outdoors, so enjoy your dinner outside or cozy up in the hot tub on the lower deck, screened in area. A small fire pit completes the outdoor comforts!

Chateau Cove is a neighborhood set up for vacationers with an outdoor AND and indoor community pool. Branson attractions are approximately 3 miles and Silver Dollar City is 6. Getting to the Lake is just as easy utilizing the State Park Marina on MO State HWY 265 or Indian Point Marina down Indian Point Rd approx 3 miles away.

This lovely Brand NEW home is located in Chateau Cove on Beautiful TableRock Lake! Completed in June 2020 We are located on Hwy 265 near the Chateau on the Lake resort.

With a total of 7 bedrooms, we have 6 bedrooms with queen beds and one with 2 bunk beds for the kids to enjoy!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Sleeping for 20 with 2 sleeper sofas! Flat screen smart TV in each bedroom. Wifi.

An Inviting space with Fully stocked Kitchen with double ovens for larger meals. 2 Full size refrigerators, and electric Fireplace in a very open floor plan. There is a wet bar with microwave and full sized fridge in the lower level for late night popcorn or pizza craving!

Multiple large fridges/freezers handy for large groups. View of lake somewhat obscured from lower levels, but no other structures between lake and this home made a secluded experience. Smart TVs make it easy to log in and stream your preferred content. Only complaint is fresh pies were not delivered daily ;-)

Our family of 14 (grandparents, parents and kids) had a great stay. We had a variety of age ranges and everyone loved having their own room with its own bathroom. We had plenty of space to enjoy each other's company and also spread out when needed. The kids loved the indoor pool in the neighborhood and adults enjoyed the hot tub at the house. It's very close to Silver Dollar City and other attractions in Branson.

The house was perfectly situated to all the main attractions we wanted to see (The Branson Belle Show Boat and Sight and Sound Theater). Very convenient to the main roads and wonderfully appointed house.

This condo is very large which is exactly what we needed. It had a bathroom for each room which were very nice. This was clean and cozy. Our family (10 people) 4 couples and 2 singles were easily accommodated. I am not a big fan of the tall beds and we had to get a step stool for my wife as she had trouble getting into the bed. However, the beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot and many foosball games were played. The owner was very responsive when I had a question. Would definitely consider renting again if we needed a large space.

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was going to be an awesome place to stay! We had 15 of all ages and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything we needed for cooking was provided. The hot tub and the view were a nice bonus and the community was beautiful. Close to everthing! The hosts were always very quick to respond. Thank you, Kelly! Would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful just like the pictures and very clean!! We had a large family of 14 ranging from 3-69 and the house fit everyone comfortably. The teenagers took the downstairs and we never heard a peep out of them and the main floor had a handicap accessible bathroom which was great for the person who needed it. So nice for everyone to have their own bathroom too! Very cute community of rental house and it was nice and quiet. Love that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but still close enough to run back and forth. We will def stay again!

Our family of 20, ranging in ages 5 months to adult, visited for our annual Christmas get together. The house was absolutely stunning, and wonderfully decorated for the holiday season! From the time we arrived, we had everything we could have needed and then some! The space was more than enough for all 20 of us, and we loved that we could spread out! The location was perfect, as it was a beautiful neighborhood with everything close by. We have already discussed that we’d love to make it a tradition to come back, because we loved it so much. The house was very clean and well stocked with all necessities! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay or the communication and kindness from Kelly throughout the entire process!

Had 5 groups of the family and had perfect amount of space. One room had steps to get on bed which was helpful for my mom to get her on her bed. Think they should have a set on the main level bedroom, that's where we had to use them. Loved the screened in area with the hot tub. Will definitely look into renting again.

This is a very clean and well-maintained home that can accommodate several families with children. It has enough space so that large groups can socialize, but it also enables smaller groups to sit and talk on the two decks and in the two living areas. The house is near recreational facilities at Table Rock Lake, and it does not take long to get to various attractions in Branson. My extended family and I had a wonderful stay.

We had 8 ladies aged 59-80 who enjoyed this house immensely! It was close to everything, was extremely clean, had pretty much everything we needed. Our only difficulty was the height of the beds. We came up with a variety of ways to get into and out of the tall beds, which were quite comfortable - once we got in them. We even bought a step stool for one of the group to use. I suggest the description should include more info on this as well as that the house has a Keurig.

Three generations stayed at this place, grandparents on the main floor and parents and grandchildren on the upper and lower floors. It was perfect! The hot tub on site was great and the indoor pool just a block away was too! We had all of our meals at the house because the kitchen had everything we needed, even a spice cabinet full of things that usually get forgotten (cooking oil, salt/pepper, spices, etc.). We ordered groceries from Aldi on Instacart and the driver had no trouble finding the place. We’re already planning to come back next year! PS - If you go to SDC, be sure and take the cave tour, it was fabulous!

There were 6 couples and 1 single staying here for 3 nights and we all loved it. There's so much room and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked, and towels and washer/dryer are provided. We will definitely stay here again with our kids and grandkids.

I have to say the only negative was the beds They were not comfortable. This was agreed on across the board. Overall great place.

Had a great time. The house is stocked well with pots and pans, dishes etc. we had an issue with the refrigerator on arrival. Not working at all. Notified the owner who came out the next morning to check it out even though he was at work all night. Very helpful and respectful. Overall a good time was had by all
