About this cottage rental
Detached, single-story country house. Living room with fireplace (wood provided free of charge) and a double sofa bed, connected smart TV with Ambilight, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Excellent internet connection (fiber optic). Terrace and fully equipped summer kitchen (griddle/barbecue, refrigerator, and microwave), garden dining table with six chairs, garden furniture, four sun loungers, and two deck chairs. Heating is included in the price. Landscaped garden and orchard surrounded by meadows.
Shelter for bicycles and a car. Table tennis, Mölkky, darts, badminton rackets, and pétanque. Reinforced charging point for electric vehicles (charged according to actual consumption). Small dogs accepted upon prior request to the owner with an additional security deposit.
For business travelers, cleaning is mandatory. Le Gite du P'tit Boucher is a charming house, fully renovated in 2020 by the Courcière family, a family heirloom passed down through generations. Previously, it belonged to someone named "Leboucher," which likely explains the name given by the hamlet's inhabitants since the 19th century. At the end of a path, you'll find a peaceful, wooded setting, completely private, with cows grazing opposite the cottage. For fishing enthusiasts, there are over 20 km of rivers teeming with trout, pike, crayfish, and other whitefish nearby. A fish farm with a fishing pond is 1 km away. Lake Rabodanges and the Ferté Macé leisure park are 23 km away. A goat farm can be visited 5 km away. The Rustik immersive park is a 22-minute drive. Car rental is available in Argentan upon arrival at the train station.
