The thoughtful layout makes Sea Salt the perfect getaway for two or three families holidaying together in style, offering plenty of room to relax while still enjoying time together.
After a day at the beach, rinse off under the resort-style outdoor shower or soak in the outdoor bath, the perfect way to unwind while surrounded by the relaxed coastal atmosphere.
One of the standout features of Sea Salt is the breathtaking view across the sand dunes. Large picture windows in both the upper and lower living areas—as well as three of the bedrooms—frame sweeping views where you can watch kangaroos and ibis grazing as the sun sets over the hills toward Victor Harbor.
In cooler months, enjoy the warmth and comfort inside, or during summer make the most of the three spacious decks—perfect for evening drinks and long coastal sunsets. When night falls, gather around the fire pit with a glass of wine and toast marshmallows under the stars.
Guests also enjoy free unlimited Wi-Fi, and we arrange delivery of locally sourced hire linen to ensure the freshest, highest-quality bedding for every stay. For added convenience, you can also request our bed-making service, so everything is ready for you on arrival.

UPPER LEVEL
- Large light filled open plan living, kitchen, dining area with panoramic views, daybed, flat screen TV, reverse cycle air conditioning & an office nook.
- Brand new kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and large family sized fridge freezer.
- Master Bedroom has a Queen bed, large picture window and luxury ensuite.
- Second Bedroom upstairs can be configured as a King bed or 2 King Singles and also has a large Bathroom just next door.
- Panoramic stacking sliding doors open to decks on either side of the living space, so you can always find a sheltered spot to relax while still admiring the panoramic view.
GROUND LEVEL
- Second living area complete with a second fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and full size fridge.
- Living area opens onto a large sun filled deck on the ocean side offering uninterrupted views across the reserve to the sand dunes and also to a private sheltered alfresco.
- Variety of card & board games have been provided for the whole family to enjoy along with Free Unlimited WiFi to entertain the whole family.
- 3 further bedrooms downstairs; 2 Queen rooms with large picture windows and a large bunk room sleeping 4.
- Upon request, a porta-cot or trundle bed & highchair can also be supplied without extra charge.
- A 3rd full size bathroom, separate toilet and laundry facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. The property was immaculate and contained everything we could possibly need. We were able to walk to the beach and it was a short drive to a large supermarket, church and many coffee shops. Also it was easy to access Middleton, Port Elliot and Victor Harbour without having to drive right through the town.

Great property with plenty of space in a fantastic location, was perfect for our weekend stay. Lisa was a great help and the check in and out process was very smooth.

We were very spoilt staying in Sea Salt as it is immaculately presented and very spacious. The booking process and checking in process were all seamless and easy. Lisa and Simon were great to deal with and have definitely thought of everything. We have booked again we loved it so much.
