About this house rental
Original Renovated 1970’s 2 storey Holiday Home situated on a hill ,100 metres from the Estuary with Panoramic views and a great deck area. Cafe, parkland and boat launching all within 200 metres of the shack.
Whilst the home has had some renovations it has plenty of character and personality . However it I still a bit “ rickety” .. think original bathrooms , stiff sliding doors etc
Hence the description of a Shack! But it’s very comfortable ,clean ,well equipped and with extensive estuary views from almost every room.
Three bedrooms two bathrooms
UPSTAIRS
Main bedroom with QS bed , ensuite and lovely views.
New fully equipped Kitchen with electric hot plates , microwave and oven , dinning table for 6
Family room with Flat screen TV, opening onto the verandah
Large verandah with outdoor setting to watch all the activity on the estuary.
Not suited for more than 6 adults and not suitable for children under 6.
DOWNSTAIRS
Two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has two single beds .Shared bathroom and separate toilet.
Games room with Table Tennis, board games and books
LOCATION
Located in a cul de sac on a hill ,100 m from the Estuary foreshore with childrens playground , BBQs , cafe / general store and boat launching facilities. There are kilometres of pathways for walking and cycling
5 minute drive to the beaches, "The Cut" Golf Course and Bouvard Marina ,10 minute drive to Falcon and Miami shopping centre 15 minutes drive to central Mandurah
Plenty of room for cars and boats in the driveway
Please respect the fact that our neighbors live and work in Dawesville and keep noise levels at a reasonable level.
Linen (including towels ) provided. BYO own Beach Towels

The linen and old pillows are disgusting to the point of leaving a day early due to my spouses health concerns due to constant coughing and wheezing with old pillows, update the linen NOW
