Struttura ristrutturata, curata e molto pulita. Siamo stati accolti con professionalità e totale disponibilità da parte della signora Marilena, una persona deliziosa e davvero stupenda. Ci siamo trovati a nostro agio vista anche la posizione strategica a pochi minuti dalle principali zone balneari del Conero, davvero comodo e funzionale.

The host lady is nice and made us feeling home. The place has independent bathrooms as big as the rooms and she made space for us in the fridge and prepared a coffee corner, although breakfast was not included. Really nice and thoughtful. We asked some tips and she loved to make us knowing the place and the area properly. It was more being at a friend's place than renting somewhere for holiday.
Not much to say, really. The location is a few km away from Conero beaches and without own transport can be a bit tricky to get there but that was already known.
