Good hotel but could be improved

- location was good for town centre. - pool was nice, and the hotel provided balls, floats, and pool noodles for kids to use. - The room was an excellent size. - Games room was a very nice thing to have.

-No hand towels in the room, only 1 set of towels per persons which had to be used for pool and showering. These were not change in the 6 nights we stayed. - The double bed was not a double bed but 2 singles together with a sheet over the top, this kept coming apart and many mornings we would wake up in the hole. Normal practice if you need the rooms to be flexible would be to use a zip and link bed so it does not come apart. - There was not enough drying racks to go round so we never could find one that was free. - would have been a nice idea to have discounted rates for hotel guests in the bistro, but it was just the same cost as people from the street. - personal preference, but I found the pillows and the bed far to soft and would like them to have been firmer.

Na śniadaniu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Lokalizacja ok. Pan właściciel w pełni oddany pracy, bardzo przyjemny oraz panie obsługujące śniadania i panie sprzątające bez uwag.

W strefie basenowej pan ratownik zwraca uwagę wielu osobom w sposób bardzo mało przyjemny. Odburkuje pod nosem, kiedy ktoś przejdzie i naniesie wody, bo musi wstać i użyć narzędzia do ściągania wody. Zachowanie na zasadzie złego woźnego w stosunku do dzieci, które wystraszone odwracają głowę, ale też i dorosłych osób. Ludzie przyjeżdżają tam miło spędzić czas.. Zachowanie tego pana psuje wizerunek obiektu. Godziny otwarcia basenu i sauny są inne niż podane do wiadomości.

Śniadania "na bogato". Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, w każdej wersji diety. Najlepsza rekomendacja - turyści z innych obiektów przychodzący specjalnie na śniadanie.

Ogromne zaangażowanie właściciela

Przestronny pokój, balkon,dużo balkonów bocianie gniazda iwyposażonie kuchni. Pan Adrian bardzo dbał o każdy szczegół.Pokoj był nawet szybciej przygotowań,i przy wymeldowaniu nie było problemu aby auto chwilę dłuzej zostało na parkingu.troszke zasmuciło nas krótki czas otwarcia basenu w niedzielę,ale pan ratownik też chce mieć chwilę dla siebie czy rodziny. A naprawdę robi duża robotę pilnując porządku na basenie. Pobyt oceniam dobrze i śniadania w których każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.własciciel dba o każdy szczegoł i jest jest dostępny w obiekcie.😉

Jedynie minus to tak naprawdę łóżka nam się trafiły miękkie materace i grube poduszki. Ale problem rozwiązany spaliśmy bez poduszek. Ale każdemu się nie dogodzi i ma swoje przypodobania.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Na pewno tu jeszcze wrócimy.

Przytulny, pachnący świeżością, czysty i dobrze wyposażony pokój. W obiekcie dużo udogodnień, fajny kryty basen z ciepłą wodą, bilard itp. Personel, a zwłaszcza właściciel bardzo miły i uprzejmy. Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. Świetna lokalizacja blisko deptaku.
