Great beachfront location. Central to the restaurants. Lovely brother & sister running the place. Room was clean and smart. Quite quiet. Great to have private parking.
The garden & path up to the hotel and shared areas are in need of a little tlc but we were told they are working on this. It might put some people off. It’s a great place but certainly not luxury and they’d do well to remove that word from the name, so as not to mislead people.
The bathroom is tiny but clean. Really needs sthg in the shower to put shampoo & shower gel etc on.
Our balcony view was quite blocked by the bougainvillea which encroached onto the tiny balcony. Despite all that, we’d stay again.

There was no shower gel in the shower just soap at the sink. No beach towels were available to borrow considering the property is at a beach town & considering the price, we would have expected better facilities. Also we had informed the host the time of arrival & we were right on time yet we still had to get down to get them to open up the parking for us.

Location is amazing, front row next to the beach
Room size, it was smaller than expected, and we had balcony that was completely useless. It has tree in front of it that goes over the balcony and chairs and it blocks the sea view. I like nature and trees and I wouldn't ever take it down, but either trim it so people are able to sit outside, or do not sell room "with balcony".
