Excellent hostel in a fantastic location near bell and drum tower , lots of places to eat nearby.
Clean hostel , beds comfortable, a good common room and seating area , free filtered water .
Also literally 1 to 2 minutes walk was bus to go to see terracotta army .
All was good

Love the location near the Drum n Bell Towers. Easy wayfinding and within walking distance to other places of interest eg Muslim Quarters. Appreciate that the reception is manned by staff 24hrs.
Will be good if there is a small kitchenette eg. electric cooker or microwave for basic heating up food.

The “hardware” was good but the “software” needs to be worked on. The location, the cleanliness, the room was spacious and clean.
Firstly the direction given on the website say walk 50m as you exit the metro station; you can walk 500m, 5 km or 500 km and you won’t see the hostel unless you walk round the globe as the hotel is behind you as exit the metro. You can’t see Vivo nor Huawei as you exit the metro so it’s not a good guide. Then the staff; cold, unfriendly and unhelpful. Next, I was told breakfast starts at 8 am and I can order it at the bar. At 8.15 am there was still no one at the bar 🤷🏽♂️
