Chris promptly responded to all emails and texts.The house was well-equipped and exceptionally clean. Comfortable space and quiet location. Easy walk to beach. Would absolutely stay again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this beach cottage. It was super clean and just like the listing described. We were only a short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella that were provided were an added bonus since we flew in from out of state and couldn’t travel with those. There is a Circle K right on the corner where we were able to grab a few things we needed. I would highly recommend this place for your next beach vacation.

This is good place for vacation. Nice house with everything you need, 5 minutes walk to beach,shake and ice cream shop is even closer, grocery stores, restaurants, gas station and gift shop few minutes away from house.The shower on the side of the house is perfect when you coming from the beach. Very close is John Pass Boardwalk, we went there fo alligator attraction and we could hold alligator (kids loved this) There is also fresh seafood to buy if you like to cook by yourself, many restaurants ice cream shops and gift shops. About 40 minutes drive to clearwater, where is Clearwater Aquarium,Pier 60 and a lot restaurants and other attraction.There is also about 40 minutes or less drive to Boca Ciega Millenium Park, this spot is perfect if you like nature. The house owner was very helpful, every time I asked for something he answer very fast. I am very happy that we could be in Treasure Island and stay in Chris house where we actually felt like in our own house. We definitely enjoyed our time.Thank you Chris !!!
