Die Lage zum Strand ist ausgezeichnet. Auch das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Der Preis erhöht sich für nächstes Jahr um 200€. Das ist für das gebotene nicht mehr annehmbar. Die Wohnung bedarf eher einer Schimmelbekämpfung (Kinder-, Erwachsenenschlafzimner und Wohnzimmer).
