The area though is crap. Nothing
but loudmouth drunks. A live band last night, three houses down had the walls vibrating till 12:30 am.

Tge place was perfect for our stay and very comfortable. Tge property very much needs a mow and they should invest in a better coffee pot but would stay there again! The location and access to the river were perfect. Thank you

Convenient to multiple eating areas & river launch areas. Very well equipped with tons of towels, kitchen is well stocked, bedding etc. great weekend get away for two adults a 3 young adult children.

3 stars for location. It's RIGHT on the river. Awesome spot. BUT, they seem to have a cockroach infestation going on. We left a night early because we couldn't handle it anymore.
