About this apartment rental
Great ocean views from the 11th floor. This three bedroom, three bath ocean view luxury rental is located in a high rise that is great for kids. Featuring outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools and a lazy river conveniently located on the 9th floor. The 9th floor also has a large fitness center. You can also enjoy a meal at the onsite restaurant across the street in Tower 1. The Prince Resort is conveniently located next to the Cherry Grove fishing pier.
The condo is located in Tower 2 above the parking garage so no need to haul your luggage across the street. Two parking spaces are provided. The garage has a height limit of 7'0" and motorcycles are welcome. A large balcony offers great views of the Atlantic Ocean and Cherry Grove pier. The condo features two large ocean view master suites with King beds and private bathrooms with large soaking tubs. The third bedroom is great for kids with one full size bed and a full size over full size bunk bed. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room with upgraded memory foam mattress.
Renovations were recently completed with new furniture, appliances and ceiling fans in every room. Flat screen TVs are located in every bedroom and the living room has a Roku smart TV . Wireless internet is provided and coverage is excellent.
The condo has a well equipped kitchen for preparing meals and also has the convenience of a washer and dryer.
Great location near all the attractions of Myrtle Beach and Barefoot Landing but far enough away from all the large crowds.

Giving this 5 stars only because I can't give it 6. The room was amazing, incredibly spacious with everything that was needed already there. Owner touched base frequently to make sure it all went well. Would for sure do this one again.

The unit was adequately clean and furnished. Ongoing construction, with a crane directly in front of the balcony with construction starting every morning at 6:30 am was never mentioned. Parking was adequate but for vehicles larger than a compact car it was a tight squeeze.

The only negative was the parking garage it is too narrow for a larger vehicle and the parking spaces were too small and not enough of them.

There was nothing wrong with the rental itself. Unfortunately, they are building a high rise between this building and the oceanfront. Every morning at 7:00am even on Saturday the crews were out banging away on anything they possibly could to wake everyone up. There was no sleeping in this week. We stayed here last year and really liked place that is why we rented again. There always seems to be some construction going on as well. Last year I would hear a loud buzzing noise starting at 8:00. I figured it was just the unit above having some work done to it, but no, it was a hammer drill porting holes to run new conduit for something. Same noise two years in a row. Not sure how often they are running new conduit. There was also work being done on the fire sprinkler system. Fortunately, they were doing that at night. Unfortunately, they hit a water supply line, flooded the stairs and set the fire alarm off at 3:00 in the morning.Don’t get me wrong, I really do like this place, but you would think that all the construction work on this building would have been completed in the offseason when the building wasn’t full.
