About this house rental
You’ll love your stay at this charming, cozy and clean one level bungalow. It offers a brand new, high quality renovation just blocks away from all the hot spots in downtown St. Pete and the gulf beaches. Just a couple of blocks away are the local coffee shop (Gypsy Souls Coffee), the local eatery (Uptown Eats), the local pharmacy (Walgreens) and a local restaurant with craft beer and cocktails (Bier Boutiques). The local grocery store (Rollin’ Oats) with a great beer and wine selection is within walking distance. The open layout coupled with stylish finishes and decor will make you feel right at home. The bungalow is fully stocked with everything you could imagine for your use! No need to bring anything but yourself, your swimsuit and some flip flops. This large and spacious one bedroom sleeps four comfortably and has two parking spots.
This sunny and bright space really goes beyond the basics in all facets. The queen sized memory foam bed features a pillow top mattress with high end pillows, sheets and comforters. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the large closet. Large dresser and night stand available to unpack your belongings for the length of your stay. There are plenty of hangers, shelves and shoe boxes in the closet. There are places to plug in and charge your devices (charging cords are provided). Ceiling fans are provided in the bedroom and living room to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.
Kitchen is well-stocked with Cuisinart appliances and devices to make your stay that much more comfortable. Extras include electric wine opener, wine fridge, Ninja Blender, Instantpot, toaster and Kuerig Coffee Maker. Both the refrigerator and the faucet in the kitchen feature clean filtered water and clean ice from the freezer door.
Living Room features are large comfortable leather couch, two leather recliners and a large 65” smart 4K LED TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix. There is a super capacity washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener in the laundry room right off the kitchen. The bathroom includes a plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner along with hair dryer and iron. Guests can access the bungalow with a 4 digit PIN that will be provided prior to check-in.

Our host Dan was very accommodating and checked in with us during our stay. His place was very clean and felt like home-away-from-home. House was close to eateries, pharmacies, grocery store and much more. It was also very well stocked with kitchen necessities. We will certainly be returning to Dan’s place!

Danny is a very responsive host. Hard to beat this nice 1 bedroom if you’re looking for a downtown location.

My husband and I stayed here from 3/10-3/15/2022. We travel a fair amount and use VRBO often. This was my favorite rental ever. I was kind of obsessed with this home- I loved everything about it! There was NOT ONE detail missed and so many little extras that most do not ever think of! The home was extra well stocked with everything you could want or think of- and I mean everything!!!! From the wine frig to the weights, yoga mats, foam back roller, coffee, computer monitor and workstation setup, usb cords of all types in multiple locations, towels for beach, chairs, drinks in frig and extra of everything. The location was fantastic. St. Petersburg is a great city and we were minutes from downtown and a short drive to all the beaches. SO many great restaurants everywhere. We are scoping out places for retirement in 5 or so years as we are done with winters in NYS….this is one of our favorite cities. Too bad the real estate prices are outrageous at this time! Danny was a great host, excellent communication and always available.RENT THIS HOME- you won’t regret it!!!! We will definitely be back!!
