Villa MANDI & JANI by "elite"

Lovely pool and comfy beds

De rustige ligging, de fijne buitenruimte met zwembad en ligbedden en de comfortabele slaapkamers met badkamer ensuite. Erg goede bedden. Fijn contact met de host.

The property itself was absolutely lovely, cannot fault the facilities at all. The rooms were clean, plenty of bedding provided, pool was well maintained and cleaned throughout the stay. The villa is well laid out and is in a really easy, accessible location.

Despite the images on booking.com and the satellite images on google, Apple Maps and booking.com, there are actually two properties at this location. Both of these properties are called Mandi and Jani; however the first property you reach is “Grande Mandi and Jani” and not this property, which is further down the path. When we arrived, both security codes for the keyboxes were the exact same. We entered Grande Mandi and Jani instead of this property, and got a panicked message from Danny from elite property management at 7:50pm whilst out for a meal saying we’d entered the wrong villa and to return immediately. Confused, I queried this, as the villa said “Mandi and Jani” and the security code provided opened the key code for the Grande villa, so the only difference we could see was the word Grande. Danny became very rude and confrontational, threatening us with the police and very passive aggressive comments assuming we’d done it purposely. Once we returned, we did have a word with the other guests who had booked the Grande villa and the actual owners of both properties who advised they would change the key codes as it is confusing and the other guests were very understanding, but if booking through booking.com please be aware of this and how confrontational and nasty Danny can be. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful though, and the owners were apologetic and understanding over the confusion.
