Great location, very easy check-in and check-out process, underground car park. Overall clean apartment. Shared play area for the kids indoors - fantastic when the weather isn't great. Big balcony is also a positive. Good contact with the host.

The biggest issue was the bed and the quality of the bedding, especially the pillows. We never had a good sleep. Lack of basic stuff such as bath mat, tea towels, oven gloves or properly working hoover or a hairdryer was also disappointing. Another big problem was the noise. There is a large gap under the main door which leads to even the smallest sound being heard both travelling to and from the flat - no privacy! Poorly fitted blinds in the bedroom - one actually fell off and could have landed in our child's cot!

Great place, it has everything that is needed, good location, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.

It would be great if there are some improvement when it comes to cleaning (eg balcony, the towels, the dishes in the kitchen) but also maybe a bit more toilet paper could be left, not a leftover of shower gel, some watery soap and in general cosmetics in the bathroom. And also its nice that there is a coffee machine, it would be nice to have at least some welcome capsule to use it:) so really proper cleaning and small effort and the place can be scored as 10!
