Coruscant Hotel NagasakiekiⅡ

We liked the hotel very much beacuse its location is great. First the hotel is very close to the railway station (we travelled by shinkansen), next we could leave the luggage in the central reception before and after our stay in the hotel and the last but not least the hotel is close to the most important places to visit, i.e. historic Christian persecution places and Nagasaki Peace Park. The hotel room was clean, had enough space for three of us, has a very nice view at the hills around.

We were told that it was too late to order breakfast. I was disappointed as it was only about 5 PM.

The reception staff were very friendly. Do note that the check-in area is different from the hotel but it is all nearby. Located just opposite the Nagasaki train station. Surrounding facilities include a really huge shopping mall and many convenience stores. There is a washing machine in the room, but no dryer is provided. However, the bathroom has a drying function that allows you to also dry your clothes overnight so that’s pretty great. It seems like this hotel #2 is the nearest to the check-in area. In our unit also included a small kitchenette as well as a small living room room.

There are some glass windows that are positioned at weird angles of the unit with no blinds or curtains to close. It may be because the glass windows are protected with film that does not allow people from the outside to see inside the unit, but this may not be comfortable for some people who really requires privacy.

Giant - which is fairly unusual in Japan - comfy room. Good(ish) location. Good toiletry selection. Quiet. Small balcony.

Terriblly confusing check-in system. Rooms too hot despite having windows. Super thorough instructions in English on how to use all the technology in the room but none of the electronics matched those in the instructions. Although no significant complaints was just an underwhelming place.
