Adorei o facto de ter estacionamento gratuito e num parque fechado. A localização é excelente, está no centro. O prédio é um lugar sossegado. Apesar de ser sofá-cama, é confortável para descansar.

La ubicación está perfecta y el departamento impecable. El sofá cama, aunque vi algunos comentarios quejándose a mi me pareció bastante cómodo. Es como una habitación de hotel con cocina y está completamente equipado. Totalmente recomendado.

Me gustó todo en general, el piso muy nuevo , muy bien decorado, muy acogedor y maravillosa ubicación.

La ubicación y la luminosidad. Y por supuesto la empresa gestora del piso con Alejandra y Fran encargados del mismo. Un placer tratar con ellos.
La limpieza. El primer día al llegar me puse a cocinar y encontré loza y la cocina sucia de inquilinos anteriores. Además al abrir la cama la colcha puesta sobre ella tenía unas manchas oscuras. No inspiraba confianza. Y llaves, solo teníamos un juego lo cual dificultaba la entrada y salida del estudio . La dueña de pocas palabras. Y a pesar de mandar fotos de los utensilios sucios no se disculpó. Tuvo que ser la empresa que gestiona el piso quien diese la cara y pidiese mil disculpas.
