We just slept here. Very quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to messages on the app. It was overall a very good experience, the neighborhood was a concern, but neighbors proved to be respectful and friendly.

Clean, beautiful home. Good communication with hosts and was as listed. Family friendly neighborhood close to pnc park and all major touristy sites. One drawback was getting the wrong lockbox code several times before being able to enter and had our one year old outside with us. Otherwise recommend.

This place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! We didn't stay in much as we were exploring the city but in the evening it was great place to come back and relax.at.

Place was clean, comfortable, parking was a +, we didn't use the outside but you will need to bring your own firewood, kitchen equipped, wi-fi good. Only thing is if you have mobility issues the steps to downstairs are steep and the steps into the downstairs bathroom are very deep-with nothing to grab on to. If mobility isn't an issue then this place is perfect place for you, reasonably priced, would stay again.

The outside doesn't look the best but the inside is clean, tidy, and roomy. If you aren't use to Pittsburgh roads, be prepared for a few tight spots but plenty of parking. The kitchen was missing a few key items but is large and updated. Thanks for a good place to stay for the weekend.

Stayed for 4th of July weekend to attend a convention with my teen. We had plenty of room and the house was stocked with kitchen essentials including dish soap, paper towels, and cooking gear. There were also hotel toiletries in the bathrooms. The second bedroom is a walk-out basement with steep carpeted stairs and two steps up from the bedroom to the downstairs bathroom - fine for me but be advised for those with limited mobility. The deck felt private and had a lush green view, and it was great to have off-street parking. The neighborhood is quiet residential with steep, narrow streets. Would stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, very well appointed house and VERY clean. Southside streets took some getting used to, but they are what they are. Hosts were very easy to contact and very quick to reply.

The house was perfect for us and my parents to stay in for Pitt graduation weekend. House has two full bathrooms which made things way easier. The views from the deck and house are fantastic. The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. The hilly streets to get up to house are a bit to navigate but the off street parking fits two cars easily.

Overall the place was nice - clean and well supplied for our visit. Communication was quick and helpful. The weekend we were there was quite cold and even with the space heater and extra comforter, the lower bedroom was very cold. In colder weather we’d only recommend using the upper bedroom.

Loved this place and is as advertised. Close to downtown and Acisure stadium and in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the view from the balcony. It is a little hard to find so would recommend GPS.

There was no stay ! About two before arrival I text for the code to get in . Received notice that there was already people at the property !! Had text back and forth just two days earlier and everything was good ! Needless to say there was little to nothing available in the Pittsburgh area to rent ! Hotels throughout the city were booked ! To add insult to injury my refund could take up to 15 days !! The host blames VRBO for the error ! I had booked the house on June 8th. This misstep is unforgivable ! To call yourselves “premier host “ and offer no alternative to my stay is

We were in town for a concert at PNC, and found the rental to be just a short drive away. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable and off street parking was a great added bonus!

The neighborhood is quiet. The streets to access it are extremely steep and have sharp turns. So much that we opted to stay in rather than explore the city. The deck is nice and the bathrooms are clean and updated. The kitchen is updated and appointed with the necessities.

This is an amazing place. Beautiful deck. All the supplies and amenities you could need. We enjoyed the fire pit too. Quiet street. Very private. Fast Internet. Great communication with the hosts too. The basement bed and office was great because I had to work some too. My partner could be upstairs watching TV and I could not not hear a thing. I used to live in Pittsburgh and finding a place on South Side with parking is a dream come true. This is definitely a place I would stay at again when visiting my dad. And a place I would recommend to anyone.

Two ways to get to the house once in pittsburgh. Make sure you adjust your GPS or you will go up the very steep, windy way. Amenities of shampoo, conditioner, gel, toilet paper and paper towels provided. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great stay at this property. It was fully stocked with anything I could have needed. There many things that really stood out. First and foremost was communication with the hosts. Although I didn’t have many questions, the few I did have were answered promptly and arrival was very simple. The deck was very nice with comfortable seating and a nice propane grill which I didn’t use unfortunately. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a Vrbo reservation. Lastly the private parking spot was extremely convenient. Anyone who’s visited Pittsburgh knows what I mean. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Pittsburgh. Also was very close to all the sports venues and Carson St restaurants and bars. There were few things that could make this place even better. There were no curtains or shades on the sliding glass door to the deck. It was very private but made for a creepy feeling at night. The downstairs room had bit of a musty smell. The tables on the deck were very dirty. There were cleaning supplies so I was able to take care of that issue but it took some elbow grease. Overall I was very pleased with my stay and I would absolutely like to to stay again next year when I visit for another Steelers game.

Nestled at the end of a quiet street - yet so close to everything: Carson Street, the Strip District, Heinz Field, PNC Park. This adorable house was spotless! After a long, 11 hour drive, it was so nice to walk in to the house and have it be exactly as pictured and described. Master bed was so, so comfy. Both bathrooms stocked will all the essentials you should need. Kitchen was stocked as well. The basement was a great hangout for my daughter. Great outdoor deck. The icing on the cake is that this house has a washer and dryer. Made packing easier because we didn't have to bring so much. Communication with Dustin was amazing. I had a few questions for him and he answered back in less than 10 minutes. Don't pass on this one. We will be booking again for our trip in December.

We enjoyed our time here. Just a couple of things not mentioned in the description or other reviews: 1) The east border of the property is a steep downward cliff. It makes the views great but may also be uncomfortable for families with little kids. 2) The second bedroom (not the master) is the (finished) walkout basement. It smelled a bit moldy when we stayed but not terrible. The kids enjoyed having their own floor to themselves.

My husband and wanted a place in the city that was reasonably close to PNC park and downtown Pittsburgh. This was a nice house on the hill hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. Close to bars and restaurants and only about 15 minutes away from PNC and the Three Rivers Heritage trail. Not a lot of parking in on the street so it was great that the house had it's own parking spot so we never had to worry about finding a spot at the end of the day. Dustin and Allie were very responsive when we had questions.
