Apartments of different sizes in an apartment building just a few minutes from the sea and the beach
The apartment building is in the well-known tourist destination of Rabac in Istria. It offers newly renovated accommodation and is only about 300 metres from the beach.
The apartments are spread over a three-storey building. Each apartment has its own entrance and has a small living room-kitchen. The apartments have one or two bedrooms.
Each apartment has its own parking space on site. There is also a grill area for the use of all guests.
Rabac is a well-known tourist destination on the Istrian peninsula between Pula and Opatija. It has many little restaurants, icecream shops and souvenir shops. The interesting surroundings invite you to go on day trips and you can cool off in the crystal clear sea. Culturally the town also has plenty to offer, such as a museum and many galleries.
This holiday apartment provides 45m² of living space and is suitable for four people. It has a living room-kitchen with a table and four chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, fridge and coffee machine. Opposite the table there is the flatscreen TV with satellite channels. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (140 x 200cm). The modern bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin with a cupboard underneath. The air-conditioning is payable by consumption by the chip card.
The furnished balcony affords a beautiful view of the beach and the lovely hotel pool, about 300 metres from the house.
