So etwas als Ferienwohnung zu vermieten ist echt frech. Offene Installation von Kabeln z.T. ohne Klemmen am Ende im Bad, abgesägte Heizungsrohre im Wohnbereich, herausstehende Steckdosen in der Küche, unverkleidete Rohre, die wirklich heiß waren führten durch dss Wohnzimmer (welches nur ca. 2m Deckenjöhe hatte). Dazu noch Staub auf den Kopfenden der Betten, braune Flecken an der Wand im Bad. Verschlissene Bettwäsche.... Die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße bringt einen hohen Lärmpegel mit sich. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und sind nach einer schlaflosen Nacht vorzeitig wieder abgereist.

Bett gut, gute Lage, aber....

Bett war gut. Küche vollständig ausgestattet. In jedem Raum ein riesiger Flachbildschirm an der Wand. Sehr gute Lage.

Als wir reinkamen, fiel uns sofort der kalte Zigarettengestank auf. Sehr unangenehm. Wir haben gelüftet und Anti-Tabak-Kerzen besorgt, aber der Geruch ging nicht wirklich weg. Keine Ablage in greifbarer Nähe in der Dusche für Duschzeug. Seltsame Rohre, die im ganzen Badezimmer verlaufen. Wenn man das Fenster vom Badezimmer aufmacht, sieht man auf ein Wellblechdach mit Abfall darauf. Kein Sichtschutz im Hauptschlafzimmer, nur sehr dunkle Vorhänge. Ist eher ein Monteurszimmer als eine Ferienwohnung, in der man sich wohlfühlen kann.

Wohnzimmer sowie Küche /Esszimmer ohne Fenster. Auf der Homepage nicht ersichtlich. Zwar Seitenstraße, viel befahrene Hauptstraße deutlich hörbar.

Geräumiges Apartment mit allem, was Sie brauchen, in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und zentrumsnah gelegen. Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir haben eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr warm.

Die Küche hat keine Fenster und einige Räume sind zu warm, weil Heizungsrohre durch sie verlaufen. Im Winter ist es wahrscheinlich gut. Aber im Frühling kann es zu stickig sein.

Schlüsseltresor ja 1mals scheint kompliziert.... In einem Appartement mit grosser schöner Küche könnte Kaffe oder Tee Oil Salz vorhanden sein. !!!
