Absolute vile hell hole

To be honest there was nothing at all that I liked about the property it was filthy and the stains on the carpet and walls where horrendous. I have stayed in hotel rooms all over the world and this hotel is by far the worst I have ever stopped in. Avoid at all costs you would be better sleeping in the nearest bus shelter.

I hated everything about the room. When I book a room that is classed as budget I expect better than this. The owner and the letting agents should be ashamed.

Noisy, other guests banging doors alot if the early hours but other than that except the WiFi not working so has to run TV through my own data everything else was ok

You could feel all the springs on the mattress it wasn't clean, and corridors were dirty and tired, and there was mucky toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. The room was in need of renovation, wouldn't stay ended up leaving and paying an £30 to get a taxi home.

Nothing at all. The staff are not helpful very rude. The cleaner doesn’t come round found the biggest chunk of hair down the drain of the shower disgusting. The tv was broken and there wasn’t any coffee sugar or milk in room had to buy own.

Crack head hotel

Nothing at all didn’t even end up stay there and wouldn’t advise anyone else to either

I didn’t like nothing about it and would never stay there ! Crack head coming running out hotel chasing a woman and fighting in car park and went back inside the hotel I didn’t even get out the car and hotel refused a refund

Great location, and great value for money - big spacious room - issue with lock on door but staff quickly resolved the issue very professional

We had an issue were the lock had broken out of hours so we couldn't get back into the room. We called and the staff were exceptionally professional and quick at resolving the issue with a locksmith out within 20-25 mins, a new room was given to us and our stuff was obtained back from the room quickly

Excellent service, good price but spoilt by the shower problem. No check out staff to advise.

I only interacted with the one member of staff available and she was very polite and helpful. As my wife is disabled and the only twin bedroom was up on the second floor entailing two staircases, once up there, my wife did not want to come down again to eat in the restaurant. I took drinks from the bar in plastic glasses and the menu up and down again with our order, which was then packed as an Indian takeaway with plates and cutlery which I collected 20 minutes later and then took the plates, etc, back down after we had eaten. I was happy with the way the hotel dealt with the situation.

The twin beds were comfortable, but the room was very warm, with the only ventilation being the three windows, which I opened. Being in the centre of town this made it quite noisy. The cleanliness of the room and facilities were very good, but the bathroom was a different matter. Firstly the bracket holding the small shower head was broken so the shower head would not stay in position on the rail, but just slid down. Secondly, there was plenty of hot water to the washbasin, but no hot water would emerge from the shower head! Finally, there was a very strong stink of drains from the shower outlet, so no shower that morning! I would also add that the room door closing device was so strong it was hard to push open and closed the door with a loud bang and such force as to shake the wall!

Staff were friendly in the bar area. My only problem was that the lady who does the cleaning didn’t come very often was there a good number of week n always had to ask for clean bedding, toilet rolls etc as she didn’t really come to my room.

would have liked an earlier check in but didn't want to pay the extra £25 for the privilege very tired after long journey and only glanced briefly at sign for rooms (looking for 21) so went the wrong way and got stuck because a fire door had no handle to return to the corridor (had to ring to get someone to rescue me)

Pleasant for the price paid.

Fair price and a good location for the Boston Marathon Start. Breakfast bag was a nice touch for busy weekends. Room was clean to rest our heads.

Room was clean but well worn. Carpets could have benefitted from a carpet cleaning and a touch up to the decorating. TV didn't work, so we just used in as our base and place to rest our heads.

Only issue is there is no staff to greet you, when I arrived there there was someone working the bar, however they were managing the bar and serving customer at the restaurant at back of the ground floor. They have a lack of staff hence it took them over 35 mins to check me in which I was not happy about.

The Indian Restaurant on the ground floor was excellent. The bar staff were exceptional.
