10/10 perfect for a couple

We stayed for 2 weeks in July. It was our second time! We were here last year as well, and decided to come back this summer. Absolutely everything is perfect, especially the beautiful location. There are plenty of stunning hikes around, and we spent most of our trip walking around the stunning natural surroundings. You can see gorgeous views right from the property. Andreas and Ingrid were very helpful during the stay. We would love to come back!

Wonderful scenery, comfy accommodation and wonderful hosts. If the area is one you choose to stay in, you will love it here. I stumbled upon this place while looking for a stay in the area and I'm really glad about how it all turned out.

Spacious, modern apartment in a wonderful nature setting with great views of the German Alps.

Owners were very friendly and live on site. They were on hand for any questions we had. The apartment was huge and well appointed. It contained everything we needed for a short stay. The location is fabulous, with direct views on to the surrounding mountains, including the Eagles's Nest. The surrounding area offered plenty to do in terms of hiking, visiting Konigsee, and sightseeing in surrounding towns. It is also only a short drive to Salzburg.

No complaints to note. The property was excellent, in a fabulous location and could not be faulted.

Beautiful view and cosy apartment!

Very nice place, new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a coffee machine 👌 there were even hiking guides and maps which we used! Beautiful view from the windows and great palcement - close to all the interesting places. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend that place to anyone. :)

The only thing we were missing was a washing machine. After some days hiking, possiblity to wash your clothes would be really great.

Peaceful, rejuvenating and good for the soul.

The friendly owners who were so warm and welcoming, including their children! The ground floor apartment was spacious and overlooked absolutely stunning mountains. Such a great location. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 25 minutes to Salzburg, 10 minutes to many great hikes and local attractions.

A little more sunshine :) But of course that was out of the hands of the owners. Even when it was raining, we still found plenty of good options, thanks to the recommendations from the owners.

A wonderful, clean, and spacious apartment in peaceful and quiet surroundings. Balcony with view on green hills and mountains. Perfect location for trips in the area, with short drives to Köningssee and Hintersee.

Wunderbares Gästehaus am Berg in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Panoramablick und netten Gastgebern

Äußerst schöne, ländliche, ruhige Höhenlage mit freiem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Großzügiger moderner Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Essecke, Wohnecke mit TV, Schlafecke, Bad und heller, breiter Fensterfront mit Panorama-Balkon. Fahrräder können in der Garage im Erdgeschoss abgestellt werden. Parkplätze für Gäste vor der Haustüre. Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Familie, die im eigenen Haus direkt nebenan wohnt. Kühe, Hühner und Katzen runden das natürliche Ambiente wunderbar ab. Diverse Wanderwege liegen rund um das Haus, ebenso ist es gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen, allerdings muss man sich auf einige Höhenmeter einstellen, insbesondere wenn man aus dem Tal kommt mit ca. 2 km sattem Anstieg über die Hauptstraße (mit E-Bike problemlos, mit BioBike durchaus anspruchsvoll). Wir haben uns willkommen und wohlgefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen!

WLAN sporadisch leicht instabil in Dachgeschosswohnung, der offene, eher nüchterne Wohnraum könnte etwas mehr Mobiliar, Ablagen und ggf. auch Deko vertragen, die Essecke wäre mit Sitzkissen auf den Holzmöbeln ohne viel Aufwand komfortabler zu gestalten.

Comfortabel, ruim, mooi berguitzicht

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in een comfortabel en ruim appartement met schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. Er zijn veel wandelmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Het appartement oogt wat kaal, maar de bedden lagen heerlijk, de keuken is eenvoudig maar functioneel en de douche was top. De eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wow! Mega.1A.

Wow!! Einfach mega die Ferienwohnung, die Aussicht und die Vermieter. Aus der Ferienwohnung heraus, guckt man direkt auf den Watzmann und andere Alpen. Da passt einfach alles zusammen, wir kommen wieder,weil besser geht es nicht! Für uns die schönste Ferienwohnung der Welt.

Wir hatten ein Wunderschönen Aufenthalt, die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für die Gäste wenn sie was wissen wollten TOP !! Die Wohnung war super sauber und schön eingerichtet und Morgens dieser blick auf die Berge super schön .

Das Wetter war Mist aber da können die Gastgeber nix für :-)

Idyllischer Urlaub mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Andreas und Ingrid sind einfach ganz tolle und herzliche Gastgeber. Die beiden haben immer ein offenes Ohr und haben uns die besten Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Man fühlt sich rund um wohl, deshalb sind wir auch schon zum 2. Mal hergekommen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist makellos. Alles was das Herz begehrt und sehr geschmackvoll. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig und dennoch ideal für Ausflüge in nächstgrößere Regionen und Städte. Wir kommen definitiv noch ein 3. Mal wieder.
