Perfect size unit for a small family. AC worked great. Comfortable bed and couch. One of the cleanest condos rented.

The Highlander is definitely showing it’s age. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The microwave sounded funny but did work. The TV is in front of the sofa but you can’t see it from the bed. It takes four remote controls to watch TV. It took us a day and a half to figure out how to get things to work with the TV set. Plus the batteries were low. The A/C Worked great. Literally could get it colder than you want it. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay. This would not be our first choice for a room in the future but like this time it was our last choice and we would definitely stay again. It was a little expensive to say that you didn’t have gulf front view but we did enjoy ourselves. This was our first time staying during peak season in the middle of the summer. We probably will never ever stay in Fort Walton Beach/Destin in the middle of peak season during the summertime ever again. Not because of the hotel/condo but because there is entirely too many people and too much traffic in that little area.
