T3 apartment located upstairs in a private building of 4 apartments completely renovated in 2020. Located 300m from the sea (beach and coastal path), 200m from the center of Beg-Meil (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.), 100m from a mini-market.
Living rooms with double East/West exposure.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob.
1 balcony facing East with outdoor garden furniture.
Master bedroom with dressing room. Presence of a pantry and a common dressing room.
Bedding: 1 double bed 160X200 and 2 single beds 90X190
Linen provided.
Laundry area with washing machine.
Private parking.
Possibility to provide baby high chair and travel cot (to be indicated after booking).
No bicycle shelter, anti-theft attachment point outside.
A deposit of 250€ is required at the time of booking.
Arrival time: between 4 pm and 5:30 pm.
Check-out time: before 10 am.

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr gut. Aber Achtung: Das Haus liegt an der D45 und vom Balkon dieser Wohnung schaut man direkt auf diese tagsüber viel befahrene Strasse. Besser nach einer Wohnung fragen, die den Balkon oder die Terrasse zur Gartenseite hat. Alexandre ist bestimmt behilflich.

Très bon séjour
Bien situé à l'entrée de Beg-Meil, on accède à 100m aux services de proximités, et dans l'autre sens, on peut partir directement pour visiter la région. Les petites plages situées le long du GR34 sont accessibles très rapidement, à pied ou à vélo.
Un local vélo, où un petit porche, serait un plus ;)
