Cosy chalet of 120m² located in a quiet hamlet, accessible all year round, close to the slopes and the Vanoise park. You benefit from its contemporary renovation which respects the soul of the place. Warm and modern, designed to decompress from the frenzy of everyday life, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and spend pleasant moments with family or friends
COSY AND WARM SETTING NEAR THE SLOPES - ORELLE - VAL THORENS / VALFRÉJUS / LA NORMA / AUSSOIS
In Haute Maurienne Vanoise, in the heart of a charming little hamlet located at an altitude of 1380 m, 120m² chalet can accommodate up to 10 people.
At the foot of the Vanoise park, it is served by a road passable all year round, 5 minutes from all shops (Modane).
The place is ideal for sharing moments of relaxation with family or friends.
In winter, it will seduce skiers with access in 10 minutes to Orelle-Val Thorens, 15 to 20 minutes to Valfréjus, La Norma, Aussois. Val-Cenis, Bonneval sur Arc, Valloire and the karellys are 40 minutes away.
Non-skiers will be able to enjoy the tranquility of the place, its sunshine and the nearby walks including Polset (5 minutes) and L'Orgère (10 minutes), land of marmots and ibex.
In summer, this is a dream area for cycling enthusiasts (many passes), hikers (many departures at the foot of the chalet), via ferrata enthusiasts and history lovers (many forts).
Chalet completely renovated in 2019 in a contemporary mountain atmosphere offering in a beautiful volume of 50 m² a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine and wood stove for the adventurous) open to a living room (TV, DVD player) where you can relax by the fire. Bathroom with bath and laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Separate toilet.
A master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower and a mezzanine that can accommodate an additional bed.
A second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed.
A dormitory area with a view of the mountains with 3 rooms in individual alcoves including two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and 3 single beds.
The chalet's different exposures and altitude allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the day until late at night. You can have lunch sheltered from the wind in a patio with breathtaking views of the mountains. You will also have access to a promontory where you can rest and bask in the sun with a 180° view of the surrounding mountains.
