Close to sailing, windsurfing, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 27-minute drive to Wieck or the 38-minute drive to Lubmin Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this 1722-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, TV, stereo, and music library.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Zeit. Der Ofen und die Couch waren ein Genuss und auch alles weitere war zur Hand. Schöne Umgebung und stets eine sehr zeitnahe Kommunikation. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Man glaubt es nicht, wenn man außen davor steht, aber es ist eine super schöne, gemütlich eingerichtete FeWo. Der Kaminofen hat uns bei -10° Außentemperatur eine behagliche Athmosphäre beschert. Ein Sternenhimmel vom Feinsten war on top sozusagen. Von der Einrichtung her ist alles vorhanden, auch eine Auswahl an Büchern und CD's. Internet funktioniert, die Küche mit Herd (Gas und 5 Kochstellen, großer Backofen) lädt zum Kochen ein. Und es ist herrlich ruhig in Schmatzin!

...auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer " sommerlich" war... Wir haben zwei erholsame Sommerwochen in der Wohnung verbracht und es sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass sie gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet ist, viel Platz hat und v.a. abseits vom Trubel liegt.(Objekt-Beschreibung auf der Anbieterseite trifft voll zu). Trotzdem sind Ziele in der Umgebung in alle Richtungen gut zu erreichen,sodass wir die - uns bis dahin unbekannte- Gegend samt Insel Usedom vielfältig erkunden konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und unkompliziert.

Rustikal und gemütlich! Großer Garten. Abseits gelegen (ohne Auto eher nicht machbar --> Bus kommt wenige Male pro Tag). Manche bekommen wahrscheinlich Herzrasen, weil es kein Internet gibt -- wir fanden es total erholsam. Ist ja Urlaub!
