This house with four holiday apartments is on the Ucka mountain slope above the climatic spa of Lovran, three kilometres from the town centre. Owing to this location you can enjoy a great panoramic view down towards the bay and the sea.
All the apartments have satellite TV, a radio and unlimited, free Internet access. Only the two apartments on the second floor have air conditioning. Each apartment has a furnished balcony. Each apartment has a free parking space.
The village shop is 600 metres away. It is three kilometres to the Konzum supermarket in Lovran. The village market has two fishmongers, two butchers and vegetables from the area and is open every day until 13.00. Lovran, as well as the whole coast between Opatija and Lovran, exudes a wonderful Mediterranean flair. It feels like Tuscany with its lovely old villas and abundant greenery. The only snag is the traffic on the cul-de-sac behind the house. The famous Lungomare, a waterfront promenade eight kilometres long, starts in Lovran and ends in Volosko near Opatija. The water quality is excellent. Snorkelling and diving are a must. You can go on trips around the Ucka mountain 1400 metres high or take a boat to Krk/Cres or even Venice, as an interesting alternative.
The 48 m² flat is located on the first floor and is suitable for a maximum of four people. The bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed (150 cm x 210 cm) and a dining area for four people. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, pans, crockery and cutlery for five people. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer. This flat is not air-conditioned.
